MAINTENANCE REQUESTS

Please submit ALL MAINTENANCE REQUESTS through your RESIDENT PORTAL, attaching a photo of item in need of repair.  After hours emergency should be called into the office 864-350-9802 option 2 in addition to submitting through Resident Portal.

TEXT REQUESTS WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED.  

UTILITY TRANSFERS

Click the button below to see a list of mostly used utility companies. **Note: some utility companies take up to a week to transfer service. DO NOT WAIT until the day of move-in to request.** 

Move-In/Move-Out Form

Click the button below to print the Move-In/Move-Out Inspection Form.  If you do not submit this form within the first two weeks of tenancy, we will assume you accept the home as-is.

Pet Addendum

Click below to print the Pet Addendum.  This MUST be attached to your lease upon move-in if you are moving into a pet friendly property.
