FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS BY TENANTS:

When is my rent due and what are my payment options?

Rent is due by the first and late by the close of business on the 5th day of each month. See the "Welcome Letter" in your move-in packet for different ways to make payments.  Also, please refer to your Lease for late fees that can occur.

Can I sublease the property?

No, subleasing is not allowed unless otherwise stated in the Lease.

Should I decide to vacate the property, when and how should I give my notice?

Please refer to your lease for specific terms pertaining to your agreement. All of our leases require a minimum 30 day written notice of your intent to vacate.  Security Deposit cannot be used as your last month rent payment. **Note the 30 days will not begin until the 1st day of the following month.**

How do I submit a routine maintenance request or emergency repair?

Tenants can either call the office or contact us through the "Maintenance Request" tab on the website.  If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please contact the office to follow-up.

Can I be charged for maintenance at the property?

Yes, if the damage or repair is due to the lack of maintaining the property or resident's negligence. Please call the office with questions regarding your repair.
